 Today we began our day with chapel. Pastor Kyle told us all about creation and how we are all made uniquely in His image.


After chapel, we went outside to enjoy even more of God's beautiful creation. 













Today for small group time, we continued our science experiments. We were very excited that some of the chalk had dyed the water and fallen apart. We then made some fun pictures with our chalk. 



















We also had a ton of fun during free choice.

 We have had a fantastic first day of school. This morning we worked on our fine motor drawers and did our morning meeting and Jesus Time. We also began learning all of our friends' names. We had chapel today as well. We learned how God is the vine and we are the branches. As long as we are connected to Jesus and the word, we will be able to do anything that is put in front of us.

 Today we began with Jesus Time once again. We reviewed the story of Jesus dying on the cross, and how our sins were washed away by His sacrifice.  We also worked together to build a cross with blocks. We learned about all of our special places in Jesus' family, and how when we work together it makes Jesus happy. We had so much fun outside this morning. We played tag, duck-duck- goose and had a blast on the swings. We also went on a scavenger hunt today to find different materials to make a collage tomorrow. We also had our last library time of the year today.
