 We have had a fantastic first day of school. This morning we worked on our fine motor drawers and did our morning meeting and Jesus Time. We also began learning all of our friends' names. We had chapel today as well. We learned how God is the vine and we are the branches. As long as we are connected to Jesus and the word, we will be able to do anything that is put in front of us.

 We have had a fun filled day today.  We began with Jesus Time and finished reviewing our last two Biblical Truths: Jesus Rose from the Dead, and Jesus Sends Me. We had our final time with our fourth grade reading buddies today. We have loved being with them this year. We signed each other's yearbooks today and went outside as well. We also had the opportunity to watch the staff versus 8th grade dodgeball game which is always super fun.

 This morning, we continued to learn about Jesus's promise to return and bring a new heaven and a new earth. We had time with our book buddies also this morning. We had a lot of fun at the walk-a-thon this morning. We were all pretty tired at the end of it. We also had free choice time and worked on a very special project for some very special people in our lives.
