 In Jesus Time today, we continued learning about the 10 commandments. We talked a lot about why God's Rules are good, and how they guide our lives.

We had a beautiful morning to run and play outside. We enjoyed swinging, playing tag and sliding on the slides.







For small group today we worked on our scissor skills. We took note of our scissor grasps and the accuracy of our cuts. We also made our museum sign for our project celebration.




We had library today. We all were able to get books. We love our library time.





We enjoyed free choice as well.

 We have had a fantastic first day of school. This morning we worked on our fine motor drawers and did our morning meeting and Jesus Time. We also began learning all of our friends' names. We had chapel today as well. We learned how God is the vine and we are the branches. As long as we are connected to Jesus and the word, we will be able to do anything that is put in front of us.

 Today we began with Jesus Time once again. We reviewed the story of Jesus dying on the cross, and how our sins were washed away by His sacrifice.  We also worked together to build a cross with blocks. We learned about all of our special places in Jesus' family, and how when we work together it makes Jesus happy. We had so much fun outside this morning. We played tag, duck-duck- goose and had a blast on the swings. We also went on a scavenger hunt today to find different materials to make a collage tomorrow. We also had our last library time of the year today.
