 Today we continued reviewing the 10 commandments, and the forgiveness of sins that Jesus has given to us.

We had some time outside this morning and enjoyed the beautiful weather.





For small group we worked with the leaves that we found on our leaf hunt. In one group we worked on making a collage with our leaves. 






At the other we made rubbings of our leaves. We did an amazing job at both stations.






We also had some free choice time. We have really loved having our play kitchen back in the room.

 We have had a fantastic first day of school. This morning we worked on our fine motor drawers and did our morning meeting and Jesus Time. We also began learning all of our friends' names. We had chapel today as well. We learned how God is the vine and we are the branches. As long as we are connected to Jesus and the word, we will be able to do anything that is put in front of us.

 Today we began with Jesus Time once again. We reviewed the story of Jesus dying on the cross, and how our sins were washed away by His sacrifice.  We also worked together to build a cross with blocks. We learned about all of our special places in Jesus' family, and how when we work together it makes Jesus happy. We had so much fun outside this morning. We played tag, duck-duck- goose and had a blast on the swings. We also went on a scavenger hunt today to find different materials to make a collage tomorrow. We also had our last library time of the year today.
