 We began our day with Jesus Time. We continued to talk about Jesus's baptism and His ever ending forgiveness.

We enjoyed time with our book buddies this morning.




We went into the gym and had so much fun playing together. 



We had a special visitor today. Mr. Meyer our DCE joined us today for snack and a story. We have had some questions about Heaven and he was able to answer and explain to us some of the things we know about Heaven in the Bible. For example Jesus is making a room for us in Heaven. Jesus is always with us and holds onto us. Through His death and resurrection we have been given the gift of eternal life even though we don't deserve it due to our sinful nature.

 We have had a fantastic first day of school. This morning we worked on our fine motor drawers and did our morning meeting and Jesus Time. We also began learning all of our friends' names. We had chapel today as well. We learned how God is the vine and we are the branches. As long as we are connected to Jesus and the word, we will be able to do anything that is put in front of us.

 Today we began with Jesus Time once again. We reviewed the story of Jesus dying on the cross, and how our sins were washed away by His sacrifice.  We also worked together to build a cross with blocks. We learned about all of our special places in Jesus' family, and how when we work together it makes Jesus happy. We had so much fun outside this morning. We played tag, duck-duck- goose and had a blast on the swings. We also went on a scavenger hunt today to find different materials to make a collage tomorrow. We also had our last library time of the year today.
