 Today we began with Jesus Time. We are learning about Jesus healing the 10 lepers. Our new Biblical Truth for the month is Jesus Loves Sinners.

We enjoyed time outside today. It was a beautiful sunny day.








In small group we read a story entitled, "Katy and the Big Snow."

We talked about snow, and why snow sometimes causes problems for people's safety. 

After we read our story, we practiced tracing and writing our names.







We also got to welcome a new friend today. Welcome to our class Mary!

 We have had a fantastic first day of school. This morning we worked on our fine motor drawers and did our morning meeting and Jesus Time. We also began learning all of our friends' names. We had chapel today as well. We learned how God is the vine and we are the branches. As long as we are connected to Jesus and the word, we will be able to do anything that is put in front of us.

 Today we began with Jesus Time once again. We reviewed the story of Jesus dying on the cross, and how our sins were washed away by His sacrifice.  We also worked together to build a cross with blocks. We learned about all of our special places in Jesus' family, and how when we work together it makes Jesus happy. We had so much fun outside this morning. We played tag, duck-duck- goose and had a blast on the swings. We also went on a scavenger hunt today to find different materials to make a collage tomorrow. We also had our last library time of the year today.
