Wednesday, March 13th, 2024

 Today we began with Jesus Time. We continued to talk about Jesus dying on the cross for us. We also talked a bit about our loved ones who are Heaven and how we will get to see them again.

We enjoyed time outside today. It was absolutely beautiful. 




We read the Lorax per request in small group today. We discussed what a cliffhanger in a story is, and drew Truffula Trees in our sketch books.

 We have had a fantastic first day of school. This morning we worked on our fine motor drawers and did our morning meeting and Jesus Time. We also began learning all of our friends' names. We had chapel today as well. We learned how God is the vine and we are the branches. As long as we are connected to Jesus and the word, we will be able to do anything that is put in front of us.

 Today we began with Jesus Time once again. We reviewed the story of Jesus dying on the cross, and how our sins were washed away by His sacrifice.  We also worked together to build a cross with blocks. We learned about all of our special places in Jesus' family, and how when we work together it makes Jesus happy. We had so much fun outside this morning. We played tag, duck-duck- goose and had a blast on the swings. We also went on a scavenger hunt today to find different materials to make a collage tomorrow. We also had our last library time of the year today.
