 This morning, we continued to learn about Jesus's promise to return and bring a new heaven and a new earth.

We had time with our book buddies also this morning.






We had a lot of fun at the walk-a-thon this morning. We were all pretty tired at the end of it.


We also had free choice time and worked on a very special project for some very special people in our lives.

 We have had a fantastic first day of school. This morning we worked on our fine motor drawers and did our morning meeting and Jesus Time. We also began learning all of our friends' names. We had chapel today as well. We learned how God is the vine and we are the branches. As long as we are connected to Jesus and the word, we will be able to do anything that is put in front of us.

 Today we began with Jesus Time once again. We reviewed the story of Jesus dying on the cross, and how our sins were washed away by His sacrifice.  We also worked together to build a cross with blocks. We learned about all of our special places in Jesus' family, and how when we work together it makes Jesus happy. We had so much fun outside this morning. We played tag, duck-duck- goose and had a blast on the swings. We also went on a scavenger hunt today to find different materials to make a collage tomorrow. We also had our last library time of the year today.

 Today we began with chapel. We learned about God's Rules, and why we sin. We were also reminded that Jesus loves us even when we sin. We had a lot of fun playing with chalk today. We made special cards for our book buddies to thank them for reading to us all year!
