Miss Forgey's Class Blog 2023-2024

 Today we began with Jesus Time once again. Today we reviewed the angels visiting the shepherds in the fields keeping watch over their flocks. The angels sang praises and told the shepherds to visit baby Jesus. For our small group time, our book buddies came in and joined us. They read several books to us before we went down to practice for our program tonight. After our practice we enjoyed some free choice time. We went into the gym and played with Mrs. Ericsson's friends. We also had fun in the library today.

 Today we continued to talk about the Christmas story. This morning we reviewed the angels visit to Mary, and Mary and Joseph's journey to Bethlehem. During small group today we made manger scenes. We used blue paper, popsicle sticks, and white pant. We made our own version of what we thought that wonderful night looked like. We practiced for our Christmas program today. We enjoyed time in the gym, with Kindergarten and Mrs. Ericsson's friends.

 We enjoyed time this morning with our reading buddies. It was a beautiful day today, so we went outside and enjoyed the sunshine. For small group today we enjoyed some rotations, we worked with fine motor activities. We had a puzzle station, discs, and legos.
